It won’t hurt the PS3 because I have an Aquos and my PS3 is fine.
Under normal use, the PS3 shouldn’t harm the TV. The thing to remember is that don’t put the PS3 on pause for hours on end. That could lead to burn-ins, but most newer TVs are pretty good at avoiding this by slightly shifting the picture back and forth. The PS3 also has a screen saver option that you can turn on in the crossbar menu, so turn it on.
From my knowledge i am sure that its hurt TV screen but not like that its dangereous or not to use but its cause problem in a period of time to TV.
